Coming online ahead of National Queso Day on September 20th is an all new breakfast option from Einstein Bros. Bagels. The brand new Bacon & Queso Egg Sandwich hits menus on the 16th and in the words of the brand, its an “excuse to eat delicious, ooey-gooey, spicy-melty cheese in the morning.” Like we need a reason…

The new Bacon & Queso Egg Sandwich is priced $6.39 and comes with:

  • Einstein Bros. Bagels signature queso
  • Smoked Applewood bacon
  • Seasoned cage-free eggs
  • Fresh-baked bagel of choice

That signature new queso? According to Einsteins its an update of their classic queso recipe to include double-whipped Jalapeno Salsa Shmear and spicy green chiles.You can also add the new spicy addition to any sandwich for 75 cents too!
