It might not be Hatch Chile season just yet (that’s normally late Summer and early Fall) but Buffalo Wild Wings aren’t letting that stop them with this new burger – that loads up the rich and spicy New Mexico chiles in a variety ways.
The brand new Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger sounds like a riot (and maybe taking a smashing leaf out of Smashburger’s book) and comes with the following toppings:
- Double beef patty, smashed and seared with bacon
- American cheese
- Young Guns Hatch Chile peppers
- Grilled Onions
- Pickled fresno chile peppers
- Hatch Chile aioli
- Challah bun
- French fries
The burger is priced $12.99 at the BWWs closest to us in Salt Lake City, Utah.
