Get ready for a whole host of healthy menu updates – the new year always sees fast food businesses help diners with their new year goals. First up, this new salad update from El Pollo Loco. The popular fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain has released three new time limited Dos Locos Salad options as follows:

  • Cheesy Quesadilla Salad – cheesy quesadillas and a double portion of El Pollo Loco’s chopped fire-grilled chicken, served on greens and lettuce, topped with sliced avocado, pico de gallo and queso fresco, $7.99
  • Chicken Taquito Salad – chicken taquitos and a double portion of El Pollo Loco’s chopped fire-grilled chicken, served on greens and lettuce and topped with guacamole, pico de gallo and queso fresco, $7.99
  • Unwrapped Chicken Burrito Salad – large flour tortilla and a double portion of El Pollo Loco’s chopped fire-grilled chicken, served on greens and lettuce, topped with sliced avocado, pico de gallo and queso fresco, $7.99
