Beyond Fried Chicken at KFC

Exciting news in the meat free dining space this week. This story from Business Insider details a new test run of the elusive Beyond Chicken product. This first popped up in late 2019 when a limited trial in Atlanta sold out within five hours. Excitement has been running high ever since.

BI reports that this latest test run will roll out to fifty locations in the SoCal area, beginning July 20th. Excited chatter on social media has already begun.

While the plant based burger wars have been heating up for some time now, there’s been scant other innovation in other proteins. We’re definitely excited about this one, Beyond offer one of the very best meat free burgers out there. Couple their plant based know how with the Colonel’s secret herbs and spices… it’s gotta be a hit right?
