Two new dishes are on the menu over at Pei Wei, the fast casual Asian restaurant, both as part of a link of up celebrity chef Jet Tila. The two new dishes are as follows:
- Mongolian Green Beans – wok-seared green beans, garlic, chili paste, , sweet and savory Mongolian sauce, $5.99
- House Special Chicken – battered chicken, ginger, garlic, mint, pineapple, tangy caramel sauce, served over a bed of rice sticks with Asian slaw and Vietnamese vinaigrette, $7.49 sm, $9.49 lg.
Pei Wei unveils a new collaboration with celebrity chef Jet Tila with the release of the new House Special Chicken. Fans will note Tila’s previous work on the Pei Wei menu with dishes such as the Thai Basil Cashew Chicken and Spicy Korean BBQ Steak amongst others.
