Pie Five taps Impossible for plant-based pizza

The latest brand to add a vegan string to their bow is Pie Five Pizza, the national pizza chain known for their craft personal pizzas. The new plant-based pizza uses Impossible ground meat to power their all new Impossible Tuscan Pizza.

The brand touts a proprietary meatball recipe with Impossible as the core for the recipe. The pizza comes with

  • Thin crust
  • Tuscan marinara sauce
  • Impossible Tuscan meatballs
  • Ricotta
  • Mozzarella
  • Finished with grape tomatoes, arugula, and lemon dressing
