Shake Shack - Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce

It’s been a busy old year at the Shack. After Summer’s Hot Honey release, and the subsequent Milk Bar partnership – there’s even more to come from the cult burger brand. Starting October 15th, the latest release will debut – an all new Black Truffle Burger.

The decadent creation is certainly a markedly different direction from peers and comes with:

  • Gruyere cheeseburger
  • Black truffle sauce
  • Crispy shallots
  • Toasted potato bun

Shake Shack are also keen to state their new menu options use REAL truffles as a base – if you didn’t know – a lot of truffle oils never see much as a whiff of the real stuff, being nothing more than artificial creations. For ytheior part Shake Shgake state that, “our black truffle menu features real black truffle sauce, made with Regalis FoodsOpens in a new window’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, the only truly natural truffle product on the market made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil.”

Black Truffle menu you ask? Yep – that burger is joined by a fine dining reading side dish of Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce. These come as the brands famous crispy crinkle cut fries, topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with the black truffle sauce.

Once the truffle burger launches this Friday it will remain on menus through till January 10th 2022.
