Wendy’s unveiled two new Hot Honey items

Wendy's previews new Hot Honey duo

Headed your way this February – two all new Hot Honey items on the Wendy’s menu; each available to sate different cravings during the day. The first new addition, the Honey Chicken Biscuit, the first new addition to the breakfast menu since 2020. The sandwich comes with:

  • All-white meat breakfast chicken fillet
  • Hot honey sauce
  • Warm buttermilk biscuit

This new breakfast sandwich will be priced at $3.19 according to the brand. Also joining it will be the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich available for the rest of the day. This sandwich comes with:

  • Spicy all-white meat chicken breast
  • Melted Pepper Jack cheese
  • Three strips of Applewood smoked bacon
  • Pickle chips
  • Hot honey
  • Toasted bun

This sandwich should be retailed for $5.99.

These two new dishes follow in the footsteps of several other companies who have dipped their toes in the hot honey waters the past 24 months. Other options to have launched in recent memory include a trio of Hot Honey options at Carl’s/Hardees and Del Taco’s Hot Honey Chipotle BBQ. Before that, popular chicken chain Popeye’s launched their own limited time hot honey back in 2020.
