El Pollo Loco release seasonal tamale options

Here’s another update just in time for the holidays – El Pollo Loco’s festive menu update. Holiday Tamale Bowls will be hitting menus for a limited time now through till December 26th, and come as follows:

  • Double Tamale Avocado Bowl- two chicken tamales, rice , beans, enchilada sauce, cotija cheese, avocado, cilantro.
  • Tamale & Taco Bowl – chicken tamale, enchilada sauce, cotija cheese, cilantro with chicken taco al carbon, rice, beans
  • Tamale & Two-Piece Chicken – chicken tamale, enchilada sauce, cotija cheese, cilantro, with chicken leg, chicken thigh, rice, beans

Other holiday specials join the tamales for a limited time are:

  • Holiday Familia Dinner – 10 pieces chicken, sals, choice of two large sides , tortillas, $20  
  • Chicken Pozole Verde
  • Mexican Hot Chocolate
